📣 Exciting News for Escambia County Schools! 📣 We are proud to announce that Dr. Michele W. Collier, Superintendent of Escambia County Schools, has been named the District 1 Superintendent of the Year by the School Superintendents of Alabama! 🏆🎉 District 1 includes Baldwin, Mobile, Saraland, Satsuma, Chickasaw, Butler, Conecuh, Covington, and Escambia counties. Dr. Collier was chosen by her peers for her exceptional leadership and commitment to students, staff, and the communities we serve. 💬 Dr. Collier shared: “I am honored and thankful to represent District 1, which includes so many exceptional communities and educational leaders. I’m also thankful for the team of leaders, teachers, and staff we have in Escambia who serve our schools. This recognition is a testament to the incredible work happening in Escambia County Schools.”
